The costs can be an objective when it comes to choosing premium quality foods, but it is always a worthy choice.

The Schilling family takes pride in hosting guests since 1648, today the 13th generation welcomes you to the Schillingshof. What started off as a MOM and pop store later a stud farm with a traditional tavern was established into a destination for gourmets where they can enjoy our exquisite cuisine and stay in our modern guest rooms. We work tirelessly to create the best experience for our guests through excellent cuisine and a sophisticated service and it fills us with gratitude and joy to make your stay with us memorable.

Our valued team is the center piece of the restaurant. The cordial ambiance we invite our guests to can only be reached through a comfortable work atmosphere and a collaboration on an equal footing. We focus on an excellent training for our young team members to attribute to an outstanding culinary perspective. We are proud to welcome back some of our old employees after years of gaining culinary experience all over the world, even if it is for a visit. We believe that a good work environment is the key to success.
